153 Phillip congratulates Adam Gerard who appeared for the successful Plaintiff.On 30 May 2018, the District Court delivered judgment in favour of the Plaintiff in insolvent trading proceedings brought, pursuant to s.588M of the Corporations Act, against the director of an insolvent company resulting in the director becoming personally liable to the Plaintiff for debts incurred by the insolvent company to the Plaintiff.
