Brendan Edghill

Brendan accepts briefs in all areas, with a particular focus on employment, industrial relations, work health and safety and discrimination.

Prior to his call to the Bar, Brendan worked as a Senior Associate at Sparke Helmore Lawyers where he advised and appeared as an advocate for government and private sector employers in various courts and tribunals.

Brendan also has extensive experience acting for individuals and unions, having worked as a Lawyer at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers in 2021 and 2022 and as an official at various trade unions from 2005 to 2021.
